Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to me.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the damage. Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent.

 

Refunds are not offered for general wear, misuse, or minor imperfections that are part of the handmade process.

 

Each item is uniquely crafted, and slight variations are to be expected.
